Returns process

The customer has the right to return the products purchased from this online store at a charge to the Schott NYC Store, in the following cases:

  1. If the wrong products were sold through the fault of the store (error in receiving the order, invoicing, shipping, etc.). In this case, the customer may either refuse to pick up the product from the beginning or request its return or change. Returned products must be in excellent condition, sealed, complete and without any damage. The packaging of the product should be the one that normally accompanies the product and should be in excellent condition.
  2. If poor quality products (defective) were sold through the fault of the store. In this case, the customer can return / change the product at the expense of the company. In addition, in case the customer does not return the product then, a new product will not be sent to him and the customer will have to place a new order / purchase. The product must be returned in the condition it was delivered.

In both cases, the maximum return / change period may not exceed fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.

The return of products charged by the is done only after telephone contact with our customer service, in any other case it will not be accepted.

Case 2: Returns / Changes of products at the customer’s expense

The customer reserves the right to return the products purchased, without obligation to announce the reason for which he wishes the products returned, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. In this case, it is charged with the direct cost of returning the products. Returns will only be accepted if the products the customer wishes to return are in exactly the same condition in which they were received, without any use damage.

Generally about product returns / changes

  1. In any case of return / product changes, the customer is obliged to deliver intact and in excellent condition all the documents that accompanied the product (eg DAT, Retail, marketing material or any other promotional material, etc.).
  2. In case of return / change of products, the refund corresponding to the products ordered by the customer, will be completed within 14 working days from the date that will receive the returned products. The return can be done by crediting the customer’s bank account, which will be notified to in time and in writing.
  3.  The return / change will be accepted only through shipping with a transport company (courier).
